Hi I’m the very sweet Bodee Odee Boy! My foster mom says I’m a little bit dopey, a little bit mischievous, and a whole LOT SWEET!
I’m just a little over one year old and I’m a Kelpie mix. I haven’t had the best luck in finding a forever home, but I’m hoping that will change real soon! I am ready to commit! I promise to be loyal, loving and sweet.
I also promise to keep you company on all your adventures. I love to play and take walks and learn things! A few things you should know about me: I’m a bit of a shadow pup. I like to follow my foster sister and foster mom around the house. When it’s bedtime, I’m happiest cuddling with them on the bed. I’d love to go a home that has a high energy dog sibling that I can play with for hours and hours and then once we get sleepy doesn’t mind me sleeping on them. Though I would prefer a sister, I wouldn’t mind a brother. But I do need to be introduced slowly to make sure we can be friends. Once I warm up let the playing all day begin.
I’m really good at making friends both canine and human, but cats are a different story. I’m okay with them but if they start to run, I’ve been known to chase them. I can’t help it! If they don’t want to be chased, why do they run??? My foster mom says I’m really smart and catch on to things super quick. I am crate trained and potty trained when on a schedule. I pick up on tricks really fast, too. I’m food motivated AND love motivated, which makes me really easy to train! I love and bones and soft toys, but sometimes I love my soft toys a bit too hard. Call me an “aggressive chewer” maybe? I just LOVE de-squeaking those babies!
My dream home would is loving and permanent. Stability is one thing I haven’t had in life, I had 3 different families before coming to Rescue Rovers. I have managed to maintain the sweetest temperament over, but foster mom and I say my next home NEEDS to be my forever home. Could it be with you? I promise to be the goodest boy!
