Say hello to Quasi (black) and Modo (white & tan). 
They are 6 month old Australian Shepherd mix brothers. Both are very energetic and friendly. Being still puppies they love to play, jump and playfully nibble. They do well with older children. They get along with other dogs. Modo is the protector of the two so can be a bit defensive with other males when all together.

Modo is a leader and very good at problem solving. He taught himself about the doggie door and understands how to open the crate (he bites at the spot). He even tried his paw at the piano.

Quasi is more shy initially but not for long. He quickly adapts to an environment and has an easy going personality.He is playful and seems to enjoy stepping into his water bowl.

Both boys need a lot of training. They have little experience on the leash. They need basic obedience training and time for play and exercise. They are not big fans of the crate. House training is almost complete; they only have accidents if not allowed outside immediately after the crate. They are a natural herding breed. They are strongly interested in our chickens and bark but we have kept the chickens in their coop for their own safety. The dogs have not been around the cat.

They are high energy dogs with lots of love to give. They like to be involved. They would like to stay together, but know they can each bless a forever family.
