Hi there! My name is McCaffery and I’m adorable!
Okay, but you already knew that, because pictures.
I am almost 6 years old and I weigh 20lbs. I am a non-shedding terrier mix.
I am 100% potty trained and crate trained. I know “sit” and “shake”, I am good on leash and I have fabulous recall (I come to you when you call me.)

I sound perfect, right?

I have what my trainer friend calls “Fear Based Reactivity.”
This means that I sometimes get naughty.
I am wary of people when I first meet them. Men, especially.
I do have a bite history, so even thought I’ve been good with kids, we’re going to say that I shouldn’t live with children under about 12.
I am dog selective. I have a couple of doggie friends in my foster home that I have never had an issue with. We run and play and everything is great!
There are several other dogs in my foster home that I am NOT friends with. I’m just…picky about who I like. Maybe you can relate?

So I’m looking for my forever home. I need someone who is committed to me.

Here’s something *amazing* though – my trainer friend is willing to keep working with me and my new family for free. So you need to be committed, but it won’t be expensive, which is great for all of us!
