Patriot is a Bully mix around 4 years old weighing in around 60-70 lbs. He has not had an easy life, which is apparent from the wear on his teeth and face. Despite this he is sweet and mellow, but does have some minor separation issues. These just include being a "velcro dog" and being unaccepting to crating and kenneling. He is good out in the house though, non-destructive and no potty accidents, so there is no need to confine him. Just give him a bed and a toy or a bone and he'll just lounge around while you're gone.

Patriot is a strictly no-cats dog, so other small animals will probably not be good for him either. He gets along with other stable dogs, but seems to exhibit some minor guarding behaviors, so time together will need to be supervised for the first while. (He is currently fostered with 6 other dogs easily.) He is potty-trained, does not have issues with marking, low-energy, low-maintenance, and is just the biggest sweet heart ever. He would be great for a home that is looking for a companion to lounge around with and go on short walks with.
