Hey guys, I’m Zazoo!  I’m a spunky guy that is thought to be a mix of Alaskan Klee Kai and Chihuahua, weighing in at 16 pounds. I am still working on my potty training and am getting much better.  I originally liked to mark my territory so my foster mom is working with me to let me know that isn’t necessary or gentleman-like.  I love to play with other dogs and run around in the yard.  I do well on a leash and have good manners.  I need another dog in the family, as I am much happier and at ease with a puppy friend.  I prefer dogs that are bigger than me so I can cuddle up to them and keep warm.  I am crate trained and I prefer to be in the crate with another dog if possible.  I’m much more at ease and relaxed when I don’t feel alone. I was not treated nicely in my previous life so I need patience and understanding. It takes me awhile to warm up, but once I do, I have quite the fun personality!   It takes me a bit longer to warm up to men compared to women, but I come around with time, trust-building and of course… treats!  If I sound like the spunky guy you’re looking for, please apply for my adoption at rescuerovers.org .
