An interview with X and O. By their foster mom.
Foster mom: X and O, you were listed as 1 year old terrier mixes at the shelter, do you think that is correct?
O: For the most part yes but mom always talked about her fling with a Chinese crested and we think that may account for our thin hair and very pink skin.
Foster mom: There is a rumor going around that you guys are a bonded pair. Would you like to address that?
X: It's true, we don't let each other out of sight, are other brother and sisters like that? O likes to sleep on top of me and I always like to be touching her when sleeping. Our personalities are so enmeshed in each other it would be devastating to go to different homes. (I finish O's sentences and she finishes my food)
Foster mom: You two are pretty smart and pick up on everything pretty quick, your house trained, crate trained, love kids, love other dogs and even cats. But can we address your leash training?
O: Lets be honest. I'm not sure we have ever been on a leash before, so yes maybe we flop around like a fish out of water. However, have you noticed if we do this long enough you just pick us up? Who needs to have their leash training addressed?
Foster mom: Touche.
Foster mom: So lets wind this up, what are you looking for in a furever home?
X: I have always wanted to join the circus.
Foster mom: Not an option.
X: Okay, how about a family that teaches us tricks? 
Foster mom: That is doable. Anything else?
O: We love to snuggle, with each other but really with our human friends. We need someone who will be devoted to us just like we are devote to them. We are ready for our furever family!
