Whily is a sweet 3 year old collie mix looking for a patient and persistent forever home. 
Whily was adopted as a puppy, unfortunately she was vastly under-socialized in that home and didn't have much interaction with humans or animals at all. She is still adjusting to a more active life but is doing a great job!
Whily is quite shy at first, but warms up fairly quickly. Though she is more at ease with women than men, she is open to interacting with anyone. Human socialization is why she needs a patient, but persistent, home. Someone that will understand that she isn't going to be a lap dog immediately, but will continue to press interaction. Whily has done a great job learning to like other dogs. She likes to go on walks and to the dog park. Whily has a great, moderate energy level. She loves to play with her doggy friends for a while and then curl up and chill out. She would prefer a home with another dog that she can learn to trust humans from.
Whily is potty trained and kennel trained, though she is good left out as well.
