Meet Etta James!
This gorgeous girl is practically perfect in every way. Even her spotted, ladylike feet, which are so cute that the photographer just *had* to take a picture of them!
Etta is a 4 year old pointer mix. She was adopted as a puppy but (due to some pretty big life changes for her people) has come back to Rescue Rovers. Etta is looking for her forever family now, and she has so much to offer them!
Etta is completely house trained and crate trained and has excellent manners in the house. She is great with other dogs and good with kids as well. She is loyal and affectionate and bonds quickly to her people.
She has plenty of energy and has done agility for most of her life. She would love to continue with that work - she really enjoys it! Agility is also a great outlet for her energy. She’s good on leash and would be a great running partner. She also loves to play with toys and will chase a ball for hours. In fact, she’ll throw it for herself if no one else is available!
But don’t mistake this girl for hyper! She has a very moderate energy and is great at being calm inside the house. She is snuggly, sweet and quiet as long as she’s had a chance to play, too.
