Hola, I'm Quilo! I'm a chihuahua/husky mutt however that happened and about 10 months old! I have a cool silvery and white soft fur and still look like a puppy, and probably will forever.  I play like a puppy too, I love to play! I equally love to cuddle. I know sit, stay, lay, kennel, down, out and come. I still could use a little work on some of those, but I know them - sometimes I just get too excited to focus :) I'm potty trained, though I'm still learning how to tell my mom I need to go outside if it's been too long. I'm good on a leash and pretty good off leash too. I'm probably the only chi mix you'll meet that could be a good hiking buddy! I like being outside, even in the snow - but I am still a little guy, so I like being indoors a bit more - particularly if that's where the people are. I'm very sweet, and like to show it in kisses. When I first came to my foster home from the shelter - I was pretty scared of everyone but my foster mom. I was really nervous around new people, especially men. I'd bark at them and let them know to not come at me. Now, new people come around all the time and I'm totally ok with it. Sure, I bark twice or so, but just to say hi. Sometimes I let them pick me up, sometimes I don't - but they don't scare me. And if my mom puts me in their arms, I know they are ok and we are then friends. Kids however, kids move a little too weirdly for me and don't pick up on my queues. I'm actually pretty good with kids I know, or kids that are good with dogs, but stranger kids are a bit scary still. I wouldn't hurt one, but I may scare them away with my bark if they don't leave on their own. Other than that, I'm good with big dogs, haven't been around other small dogs - but I don't see why I wouldn't like them. And I'm even good with cats. Sometimes I want to play with the cat and they don't like that, but I would never try to hurt it so if the kitty gets mad, I leave him alone - I just want to play or cuddle after all. Not a single person has met me and didn't want to keep me forever - so if you're interested, apply fast and have your game face on!
