Hello! My name is Paris and I am a 9 month old female red heeler and weigh about 25 pounds. I was really shy and scared when I came to Utah from a New Mexico shelter but my friends at Rescue Rovers have really helped me come out of my shell! I am more confident and love a good belly rub even if it’s from a stranger. My foster mom affectionately calls me "wiggle butt" because when I get excited, my whole bottom and nubbin tail shakes! I am completely housebroken and crate trained. I do well on a leash but I still bark at dogs as they walk by but with a proper introduction, I can make friends with them. I’d do best in a home where I’m the only dog and I can live with dog-savvy cats. No chickens please. I enjoy herding them but they don’t enjoy it apparently 😊 I get along with all humans and just want to follow them around and have them throw a tennis ball for me! I will constantly bring you tennis balls and drop them at your feet waiting for you to throw them. Will you be my tennis partner?
