Hi, I’m Paige, I was found wandering the streets of New Mexico and was taken to the shelter. Nobody came to pick me up and I was sure I was going to suffer the same fate as so many other dogs in the New Mexico shelters. Rescue Rovers posted pictures of some of us and asked if anybody could foster us for adoption. My fosters saw me and knew they had to save me, I can’t blame them, I’m pretty cute. I was loaded into a crate and placed in a crowded van. I knew I was in for something great, I wagged my tail so hard in the crate that the whole thing was bleeding when I arrived, I couldn’t help it I was so excited. I met my fosters when I arrived and they are great, I love them so much. They love me too, but I sense they are holding back a little, I understand, they are trying to make it easier to say goodbye when I find my forever home, but I can’t hold back, I love them every chance I get. I love to play with other dogs and people big and small. The first time I met a cat I went to say hi and he whacked me on the nose, it hurt, now every time I see a cat I bark at them. My foster says I shouldn’t but I can’t help myself. My favorite thing to do is to play hard then snuggle with my human friends, life is good. I am still looking for my forever home and hope somebody reading this will be the right human for me because I have a lot of love to give More about PaigeGood with Dogs, Good with Kids, Good with Adults Other Pictures of Paige (click to see larger version):
