Hi, I’m Valor, a 4 month-old cattle dog mix, and I’m looking for a special forever family to help me learn, grow, and live up to my name. I can be brave once I warm up to people and I love playing with other dogs, so having another doggie friend around would be a great bonus! I’m also just as happy to be your little shadow and make you laugh when I get the zoomies and wrestle my toys. 

I’m very much a puppy in her “baby raptor” phase and my foster mom says I’m a “clever girl”, but I don’t get the reference. She and my foster brother are teaching me about boundaries and potty training and I get better every day. I’ve even learned “sit”, “kennel”, and “stay” - though that last one is tricky for a wiggly girl. I’ll do just about anything for a tasty treat, which means I’m a fast learner when it comes to training! Puzzle toys are my favorite since I love to use my brain to keep busy. My kennel is my safe space and I sleep through the night in there just fine. Sometimes I even use it to hide my favorite toys and treats for later.

I’m about 20 lbs right now and my foster mom says I’m going to be a gorgeous medium-sized dog when I grow up, but I already know I’m cute. If you’re looking for an adventure buddy made out of velcro and springs, then I’m your girl!
