Hello, my name is Shiba! I weigh 12 pounds and am a year old. I love cuddles and get so much joy from the attention I receive from humans. During the day, I’m a calm and well-behaved girl while my foster mom works from home. But when I get the chance, I love running and playing outside in the backyard, especially when I get the chance to sun bathe.

 

I get along well with adults and small dogs, but I haven’t been around big dogs or young children yet, so I’m not sure how I’d react. I’m great at using training pads indoors and am still learning how to signal when I need to go outside. My foster parents take me out for potty breaks every few hours, and I do well going potty outside each time. At night, I sleep soundly in my kennel without any trouble.
