Hola! My name is El Tigre and I am an 11.5lb male chihuahua. I am 8.5 years old and have the grey fur to prove it.

Foster mama says I am a happy little old man. I like to hang out on the couch and nap. At night I sleep in my crate by choice.

I like to snuggle once we’re friends, and I love pets. I am a little scared when people first meet me, though, and need someone patient who will let me figure out that I am safe and loved. Once we’re friends, we’re friends for life! I live with a 5 year old boy and we get along quite well! He gives me treats, so that helps. I love treats – I can jump very high for a treat!

I get along nicely with other dogs, too.

I am house trained and doggy door trained, but…if it’s raining or snowing, you may find that I don’t want to potty outside. I mean…I’m small. And I’m old. So…
