Aw! Hi there! My name is Effy! I am a 3 month old female Border Collie Mix and basically 15lbs of pure joy! I’m a cuddle baby, so apply for me if you love puppy snuggles!

The reality is fall has arrived and though I prefer a sunny summer day, I pair well with a glass of warm cider and crisp cool air just as easily  I’m great company! I am good with other dogs and I prefer humans! I have this beautiful autumn coat and I’m looking for someone who can appreciate my knack for the finer things in life. I love soft cozy beds and someone who can dote on me for long periods of time. Call it high maintenance, but a heart wants what it wants.  As soon as a human is in my midst out of respect this tail goes between my legs and continues to vigorously wag – it’s an unconscious behavior of mine so let’s just you and I see it as “I love you so much, I’m trying to hide it.” Okay?

Just about everything I do is as dainty as all get out! When I place my loving paws on your arm, you can barely feel my weight!  I’m just all about loving you so I will be so very gentle with you. And when you are working on your phone, laptop, watching a movie… I will be right by your side and probably press my head into you. I’m truly sweet, I throw out kindness like confetti everywhere I go!

Fun Fact: I’m pretty opinionated but wouldn’t you prefer it that way? Then you know where you stand at all times! I’m a little shy at first but once I warm up to my environment, you’ll see me come out of my little shell! My foster says I have herding tendencies, so you should know I run a tight ship even at a young age. You won’t need to worry about me chewing things up, but I will keep our flock together! Are you impressed yet? I’m pretty adorable!

Good news! We have something in common and I’d love chat about it when we meet!  I LOVE FOOD! Love, love, love food! Don’t worry, I’m 15 lbs and I keep my girlish figure petite but man do I love meal time!
