Hi, my name is Lamby! I'm a 5 month old nuetered Heeler mix at about 13 lbs. I look like part lamb and part baby cow  My foster mom says I'm coming out of my shell in a big way. I was born and lived in a shelter until a few weeks ago so I'm learning all sorts of new things. I'm loving exploring new sites and sounds. It even took me a minute to figure out what that big screen was that makes all the noise (TV) My goals in life are playing, snuggling, and sleeping. I have some puppy energy, but I'm very calm for a puppy, unless I'm playing with my foster siblings, then I get spunky.  I probably won't be bigger than 30 lbs. Living in a home with another dog would be best as I love my furry foster siblings company, and snuggle up as much as possible. I catch on very fast to routine and I'm ok if it varies as well. I'm very easy going. I also really like cats and kids. 

 

A few of the many great things about me:

 

- I'm am super sweet, and love to play, but I will also head to my kennel to relax when I need a break.

 

- I will be your sunshine, I will greet you with kisses and a tail that wags half of my body.

 

- I'm still learning to walk on a leash, I can't figure out why this thing is following or attached to me? I'm working on listening to commands (I'm working on sit for treats), but I love being outside. I chase balls and play with any toys available to me.

 

- My crate is a safe place and I sleep quietly in it all night without a peep. 

  

- I am great about going potty outside and haven't had an accident once since being at my foster families. 

 

- I am good with all humans adults and children, as well as any size dog or cat. I love my foster's cats so much when they leave me I whine for a few seconds wishing they would come back.

 

- I'm good right away with other animals, love children and adults, and give lots of kisses. I can be shy around people at first, but don't hesitate around animals. I warm up very quickly to humans.

 

- I would love to live somewhere I can be active and still a puppy. I'm good at chewing on toys and small bones. 

 

-Currently I'm living with 2 foster siblings, a fully grown great dane and a shepherd mixed puppy. I also live with two foster sibling cats that I lick in the face even when they slap me ha!.
