Hi there, I'm Haruto, but for short you can call me Haru! I'm an 8lb chihuahua mix with a unique coat of black, white and brown fur. I have funny little ears that stick out to the side like wings of an airplane and everyone remarks on what a charming boy I am!

Meeting new people is really fun, and I get along super well with my foster siblings. Though, they might argue I am always trying to steal their treats and toys! Tee hee! I guess I just want whatever they’re having! Going on walks is exciting too, and I will probably bark out of excitement at some passersby. I’m also known to be a natural at fetch, but I am just as content snuggling up next to you, receiving head rubs and burrowing under a blanket for a nap. 

I have a hearty appetite and a love for treats which makes it easy to get my attention. I thrive on human companionship so I would like to have you in my sights whenever possible, but crate training has taught me that being alone isn’t so bad. I sleep soundlessly through the night, but if I hear someone at the door I shall do my doggy duty and be first to notify you. Lastly, I am working on my house training and getting better every day. If I am let out regularly then accidents rarely happen.
