Meet Ryoko: Your Excellent Companion! 

Hello! My name is Ryoko, which means “excellent child” in Japanese, and I truly live up to my name. At just 1 year old, I have a beautiful red coat that complements my delightful personality. I’m a retriever mix, which explains my love for playing fetch and retrieving. Whether it’s running, jumping, or snuggling, I’m always up for an adventure.

**Outdoor Fun:** Snow and water are my playgrounds, and my Foster Mom thinks I’d excel at Dock Diving. From fetch to frolicking in the snow, I'm happiest when I’m on the move.

**Training & Skills:** I’m well-trained and know my commands. I walk beautifully on a leash, am crate-trained, and can use a dog door or let you know when I need to go potty. I’m also great with cats, kids, and my fellow dog friends. Though I do have a bit of a chasing instinct, having caught two birds, I’m sure I can learn to be nice to chickens.

**My Journey:** I was adopted as a puppy, but due to no fault of my own, my family had to return me because of allergies. Despite this setback, I’m eager to find my forever home where I can give and receive lots of love.
