Hi there, I’m Velveteen!
A charming 1-year-old female Chihuahua mix. 13 lbs of pure sweetness! I’m very affectionate to those I trust. I love playtime and would thrive with a variety of chew toys to keep me entertained. I do well on a leash and enjoy going for walks. I tend to be hesitant around new people and other dogs, so a calm introduction is ideal. My foster mom says I’m best suited for a home without small children. I’m house trained and crate trained. I’m very quiet at night but sometimes it takes me a minute to calm down when being left alone. I love to stay close to my humans, snuggle and get lots of love. I would benefit from socialization and help to build my confidence.
