ATTENTION HUSKY LOVERS!
I would like to introduce myself. I am Tadashi, which means lucky and loyal in Japanese. And boy do I feel lucky. Lucky to be on the lookout for my forever home. You'll be lucky, too, if you adopt me! I have LOTS to offer my future family.
First off, I am an absolute perfect size. I am on the smaller to medium dog size, weighing in at 25 pounds. Which means I am the perfect size to go on walks, fit in the car for rides, lay on the couch, on your bed. At 11 months old I should be just about fully grown.
Second, I am a super smart young man and am learning my manners at my foster home. I am working on my crate training. I love to be vocal about not wanting to be in it, but I will settle after some time. I am also very gentle when I take treats. I would benefit from some bonding and training in the future. My house training is going well. With a good schedule I will be perfect.
Third, I share my foster home with three other dogs, ranging in size from 50lbs to 12 lbs, so you know I will get along with dogs. It took me some time to warm up to my humans, but I was thrilled with my fur siblings right away! I have a 3 year old human foster sister and I like her a lot.
Foster mom says I'm a GREAT dog! Of course I still need to learn some things that will make me even better - currently, I am working on not taking things that are not mine, like shoes and shorts but I have gotten much better as I have settled into my foster home.
