Hi there! My name is Bessie Lou, and I have been patiently waiting for a home for over six months. Can you believe it? I can't, either!

I am four years old and am a female Pit Bull Terrier Mix. I weigh about 75 pounds and am working hard to reach a healthy weight. Aren't we all? I love to cuddle, play with toys, and play with my foster siblings. I know several commands, and am also crate and potty trained! I love my crate, it's my favorite place to sleep at night so I can feel safe. I also love going on walks so I can get some exercise and find my waistline again. I have some food allergies, but I've been doing so much better. My foster mom can fill you in on this, I promise it's not as scary as it sounds.
