Hello, friends! My name is Mr. Spots and I’m a 2.5 year old heeler/border collie mix. I weigh 51lbs and I’m full grown at this size. I have a beautiful, spotted coat (which is where I got my name!)
When I came to the shelter I had some injuries including a bad cut to my tail. They decided to amputate, so now I don’t have a tail anymore. It doesn’t bother me, and I’m completely recovered, but I thought I’d mention it. Because when I’m wagging, you might have to look close to see my little nub wiggle! Haha
I am a very sweet and friendly boy. I love new friends – both human and canine! I’ve met lots of humans in my time with Rescue Rovers and I’m very good at stealing hearts! I’m gentle and happy in a way that people seem to love. I’m hoping that soon, someone loves me enough to take me home with them!
I love other dogs, too. I get to go to day camp every day and I play good with all the dogs! Here’s some more things about me you might like to know -
I am great in the car and I really like to go for rides.
I will chew things up if I’m left unsupervised and bored.
I am good in my crate and potty trained on a schedule.
