I enjoy playing with other dogs and get along well with cats and kids. I'm house trained, good on walks and in the car, and have been working on basic commands like come, sit, and stay. I'm a bit of a barker when I see people and dogs pass outside or when there's a knock at the door, though I've been learning to stop when asked. 

I can be a little timid when first meeting new people or large dogs but I warm up fast, especially with humans, and love getting attention from anyone willing to give it to me. I especially enjoy lap snuggles, finding a sunny spot to sit in outside when the weather is nice, wedging my way between two people on a couch, and burrowing down under blankets to sleep (which I'm happy to do in a dog bed or crate, but even happier to do in a human bed if you don't mind sharing yours).
