If so, Quill is your guy!  This little terrier mix is around 11 months old and weighs about 6 lbs and he is a lover!  He is a playful boy and loves toys and chewies.  Quill also loves his people and other dogs, he is also great with the cat in his foster home!  He is awesome in a crate and his still working on his house training so he will need his forever family to continue to help him with that.
