Hi there! My name is Oppenheimer, and I'm a 3 year old husky mix.
Now, I may not be winning any fetch awards, but I will definitely win you over with my mad snuggling skills! Seriously, if snuggling was a sport, I’d easily win a gold medal. While being a couch potato is my favorite thing, I will say I do enjoy going for car rides, and I do possess fantastic leash skills. I promise I won’t be ripping your arm out of its socket anytime soon.
Due to my loving nature, I really don’t like being alone so I have been working hard on kennel training when my foster humans are away. Speaking of humans, I like them all! Seriously, I think everyone is awesome. But I'm looking for a home with kids over about 6, just because toddlers are so grabby!
Do you happen to have other dogs? Well, that’s great because I like all the dogs at my current foster home. I should mention that while I am great dog I do have some quirks, first I really enjoy to dig in my foster moms garden. While I know she hates it, I just can’t help it. I also can jump with no issues. Not over your fence, but the outside table is my favorite place to enjoy the sunshine. Also, I have some sort of food allergy that we are working on, so you have my sincere apologies for my constant itching and my exorbitant demands with food.
