My name is Briar Patch, my mom was a shepherd mix and my dad was a traveling salesman who had a lot to sell so he didn't stay around.
I am a 4 month old not-so-little girl. I currently weigh about 30lbs (projected adult size around 65 pounds.) I want nothing more than a place of my own so I can fly this coop. I love to play with other dogs and toys but hanging out with my people is the best. I know how to sleep in my kennel and actually like it. I have been known to climb a puppy pen so a yard without chain link might be best if I have unsupervised time outside, but bonus I know to potty outside, almost all the time.
I find the loud world outside my yard can be scary, but walking with another dog helps me feel more confident. I really, really would love a doggy sibling in my forever home. And training with my people, too! The foster mom says training a smart girl like me is easy. I guess it's super important, too.
I have only seen a cat on a walk and wasn't interested because again, it's a big scary world. I do like older kids to play with but not sure on little ones who pull and poke.
