Hi there! My name is Lae and I’m a 11 month old lab mix. I weigh a little less than 40lbs and I won’t grow much more. I have adorable scruff and fluff, so maybe mixed with a border collie? I also have a bit more a snub nose than most labs do…probably all kinds of things mixed up in me! People tell me the result is adorable, who am I to disagree?? My foster family calls me Ling Ling. It’s a cutesy nickname that sort of became my actual name, haha! Ling Ling means lick, and I do love to give kisses to the people I love – so I suppose it fits!
Other things I love…
Playing with other dogs! I get to go to the dog park sometimes and it’s one of my favorite places!
I like to go in the car and will jump right in! Sometimes foster mom takes me through a place with a window and give me chicken nuggets and MAN THAT IS THE BEST!
I like to take walks, too. Especially if I have friends along!
I came to Rescue Rovers as a “feral” dog, which means people were brand new and super scary to me. Foster mom has taught me that I am safe, and now I’m ready to find a forever family! I will be shy at first, but I will learn to love you lots in time. A training course would definitely help us bond. I am already potty trained and crate trained, so you know I’m a smart girl!
