Hey there I’m Tayla! You probably recognize me as the GORGEOUS mama of the Peak Pups that got adopted a few weeks ago? I’m a 2-year-old blue heeler and I weigh 35lbs. When I entered foster care, I was a very shy girl. I’ve made a ton of progress though! With my foster family I’m a confident girl who loves all the dog things. Walks, hikes, playing with other dogs, toys, snuggling, fetch, zoomies, you name it! But in new situations and with new people I’m still hesitant and shy. I need a family who will be patient in gaining my trust and willing to continue building my confidence. My foster siblings have really helped me make progress so I’m looking for a home with another confident dog. I’d also like that dog to want to play with me! I’m wonderful on a leash. I maintain a perfect heel position on the left-hand side of my handler. I’m also fully house trained, crate trained, and know my basic commands. Kids younger than 12 are a hard no for me though, they really freak me out. As for cats, there was a stray cat running along the fence in my backyard that I tried to chase but maybe it would be different with an indoor dog savvy cat? We’d need to do a cat test to find out for sure, my foster mom has doubts since I show all the herding tendencies. So now let me tell you what I’m looking for in my forever family! And since raising puppies was really hard on me, foster mom says we get to be really picky · Another playful, confident dog in the home If you meet all my requirements and think you could be my forever home, please apply to meet me at https://bit/ly/ More about TaylaGood with Dogs, Good with Kids, Good with Adults Other Pictures of Tayla (click to see larger version):
