Meet the Monkee Puppees! We are all male and 13 weeks old. Our names are Michael Nesmith, Peter Tork, Micky Dolenz and (of course) Davy Jones!
We are working hard at learning how to potty outside. No one had to show us how to play or snuggle, that’s something we knew already.
We are border collie mixes, with (probably) some heeler/cattle dog mixed in, too - but really who knows! Our foster mom thinks we’ll grow to be around 40 lbs—she might be right! We love to learn and try hard to please my foster mom. We have learned to sit and are trying so hard not to jump on potential playmates. We’d all really like to spend some time in puppee school, you know, to show off how smart we are!
Since we are part Heeler we love to herd people, cats, frogs, squirrels…you name it, we will herd! We’d love a family who understands us…you know the talents we have are pretty awesome! Kids 8+ are probably safest.
My foster mom currently has a kitten-cat and we’re curious about him—it’s probably safe to say, he’s not really into the Monkees. But that doesn’t mean we couldn’t learn how make friends with any family member, including fluffy doggies like us!
