Hi, my name is Lady Liberty. I am a happy 30 lb smooth collie/ terrier mix. I want to share that happiness with someone wonderful!
I do get excited, and do jump up on people- but I am learning to be a polite and wait patiently for your time.
I love to lay close to my foster mom when she is cooking, working, sleeping and even when she is chatting on the phone.
I do like to play with dogs; I do not get rough or play for very long- just enough to get exercise.
Going for a walk is the best! So many great smells, but I do need some leash training; I will learn quickly.
I think kids are fine, although I have not been around young children, I met a 10 and 12 year old and they were fun and liked me!
My crate is my safe place- but a comfy bed is nice too. I will play with my toys and maybe socks if they are lying around- but I am not destructive when I am not in my crate. Overall, I am very mellow and very sweet - my foster mom says that about me all the time.
