Hi my name is Delma. I am a one year old Malinois. I came from New Mexico with my puppies back in October, and my foster parents wanted me to have a strong name because it was a tough experience.
Delma means noble protector. I was such a good mom to my pups and took great care of them. And I am a loyal, loving and protective girl with my people, too. But I am also the sweetest lover and best cuddler!
I started off super shy, timid and nervous of things, but with  help from my foster parents I’ve come a long way and I am starting to gain my confidence and develop my own personality. I need a family who will continue to show me that things in this world aren’t so scary.
I am house and crate trained. I am good with kids, preferably 10+ because toddler energy is a bit too much for me sometimes. I'm great with dogs and would love a calm, well balanced dog sibling. I have not been around cats, but my people think I would probably do okay.
