Hey…Wanna play! My name is Pale Ale. I am 84 lbs. of pure yellow Lab joy, cuddles, kisses and fun.
True to Lab form I love to carry things; balls, toys, sticks and slippers. My favorite things to do are play tug-of-war, frisbee, go on walks, car rides (I’m really good in the car by the way!) and hikes! Oh Boy I love to hike! I am also content to lay and watch a movie with you or admire your culinary skills while you are in the kitchen.
I'm 2.5 years old and my foster family says that's old enough to have some manners, so I’ve been working really hard on leash skills and basic commands, especially “OFF”. Sometimes I’m excited to be with people and I jump up. My foster mom says I’m super smart and catch onto    things really quick. I respond well to my name and I don’t wander when I’m off leash.
I’m good with other dogs, although my foster brother is small, old and grumpy I play very gently with him. I’m house trained and love my crate and will happily enter it at night with my cookie.
