Hi, I’m Polly Pocket! I’m around 4 years old and my foster mama says I’m a chihuahua/papillon mix. The internet says that makes me a “Chion” but we like the term “Chipillon” better, haha.
I’m a petite little girl and weigh just 9lbs. I am fine with other dogs and live with a few (both big and small) in my foster home. I enjoy their company, though I am not a playful girl. I’d be happy to have a doggy companion in my forever home, but I wouldn’t be a good match for a doggy that wants to play.
I am very well behaved, I don’t chew on naughty things and I always potty outside. In fact, I love to run around the yard – even in the snow! Foster mama says that’s rare for my breeds, but I think snow is SUPER fun!
My 2 favorite things in the whole world are snuggles and barking.
I love my whole foster family, from the daddy and the mama to the boy and the girl. I am happy to snuggle with ANY of them. The boy and girl are older, though, and know how to treat a little doggy. I’m looking for a forever home with kids over 8 who won’t poke me, pull me or try to pick me up too often.
As for barking…I just think it’s the best! There are ALWAYS things to bark at outside and sometimes my foster family really has to work to get my attention away from them. Haha, what can I say? When I’m having fun I just don’t want to come inside! Once I’m in the house I’m better about barking, but I still like to let everyone know when I see something through the window that needs attention!
