Hi! I’m Cindy Lou Who, like the smallest Who in Whoville! I’m not a Who, though, I’m a Chihuahua, haha.
I’m around 3 years old and I weigh 9 pounds. I lost an eye at some point in the past, but it doesn’t bother me anymore. My foster mom says my missing eye gives me character! She says I might not be the cutest little dog at Rescue Rovers, but I could be the sweetest! I love people soooo much. All people. Some doggies play favorites but not me! I love the mom and the dad and the boy and the girl. I am an equal opportunity snuggler! And my foster mom says I have the softest fur she ever felt on a Chihuahua. That’s nice for me, because it means people like to pet me J
I am good with other dogs, although I do like to be the one who gets to sit on your lap the most, so you’ll have to let me know that’s not okay if you have another doggy. I listen well, and I’m a good girl. I am house trained and crate trained and I just want a family of my own to love for Christmas.
