Little ball of fluff, looking for some new Friends....

I'm Phoebe and I'm a border collie mix looking for a family to call my own. I'm about 8 weeks old and a bundle of puppy joy.

I love playing with my foster siblings! I'm good with dogs of all sizes, and my 70 pound foster brother would agree.

I sleep through the night in my crate, and am working very hard at potty training.

I'm an expert level at playing and snuggling.
