Now that I have caught your eye with stunning looks, let me tell you about myself. My name is Silver Bullet, I’m a 2-year-old male German Shepherd Dog. I am a pure breed GSD working dog with medium to high energy. I will need daily exercise and mental stimulation to release this energy. My breed is a handful and I will require consistent training and level of experience which makes me a poor choice for first time dog owner.
What I have to offer:
- I’m good with my people and I want to be where they are but aloof in public!
- I do very well with other dogs my size my play is a little rough for smaller dogs!
- I have be properly socialized and don’t have any fear issue or reactivity issues in public
- I’m intelligent, eager to learn and love training!
- I’m focused on my handler!
- I walk well on the right leash.
- I am house trained and hard crate trained.
- I know some obedience commands in German
What I’m working on:
- Being calm and impulse control
- Beginning level obedience training.
- Understanding my size and level of play with other dogs.
What I’m looking for:
- An active household with daily walks.
- A home with respectful dog savvy children above 9 because of my size I can knock them over.
- A secure yard, with supervision outside.
- Ongoing obedience training so I can have a mental challenge, exercise and become the best possible family member.
- I would do well in a home with another dog my size with a medium to high energy level.
