Meet handsome Asland!    Asland is a happy go lucky guy that came on some hard times.    His mom had medical issues and was not able to take him with her to the care center.    It broke both of their hearts.    Asland is such a people dog.    If he could be with his people 24/7 that would be fine with him.    He is about 4 1/2 years old and is a English Setter, Brittany Spaniel Mix.    His hips give him some trouble every now and again, but he goes up and down the stairs, has no problem going for walks or    jumping up on the couch or a comfy chair.    This 72 pound guy has a wonderful personality that makes everyone smile.    He loves people and attention.    He would do great in a calmer environment , can be picky about other dogs but seems to ignore cats.    Asland pretty much sticks with his humans at all times and would have a difficult time being left alone for very long.    He would love a stay at home parent.    He does not do well in a crate but once he gets comfortable with you, he can be trusted left out.    Asland thrives on walks, car rides and running around with his favorite toy in his mouth.    The more he can be with you, the better and happier he is.    He is housetrained and walks great on a leash.    This boy really deserves to find his forever home.    If you would like a companion that will appreciate every moment with you, then please apply to meet Asland today @  rescuerovers.org .
