Meet Luya! At only 9 months old, this Shep Mix has got it down! She is kennel and house trained, walks well on a leash and will follow you around the house like a shadow. She's got the wisdom and calm of an older dog, but she's still a puppy and full of energy. Her favorite things are her toys (watch your shoes, though), treats, and her people. Luya loves playing with other dogs her size and is great with all people, including kids. She's excited to see you and will try to jump up to say hello, but learns quick when you put up your knee, tell her no, and give her plenty of attention when she's calm. She's also happy to just lay in the sun and have her belly rubbed. Luya means "ginger" in Filipino, and this gorgeous red-head will make the perfect addition to an active family that will play tug-of-war, fetch, take her on walks every day, and love her forever!
