Hi! My name is Teador, which is a super fancy name for Teddy. I’m looking for a forever home that has: someone to feed me regularly, a comfy crate (my crate is my safe space), a walk in the world once a day and people who will never yell at me. In return, I’ll be pretty chill around the house, hardly ever bark, potty outside, and give you kisses when you aren’t looking.
Here’s some stuff about me…
I’m one year old and weigh about 25lbs. People scare me a LOT. I will need a home with people who have helped a scared dog before or people that are willing to learn how to help me.

I spent the winter living under a storage shed and I don’t really know why people scare me, they just do. Maybe it’s because you’re GIGANTIC. Maybe I just never got used to humans when I was little, I don’t know.  I find you much less scary when you’re lying down.  My only little issue is that I will run away from you. I can’t help it, some instinct kicks in and I run. I still run from my foster mom, but my heart isn’t into it that much anymore. I don’t mind if she catches me because she is always nice to me.
I get along with other dogs really well. I love the dog in my foster home and we play every day. I have been to doggy daycamp and loved it! I would really like a doggy sibling in my home, it will help me to learn to trust the people there.
I would like to be less afraid of the world. I would like to live my fullest life, and it’s hard to do that when you’re afraid. Training will help me to be more confident with humans. Adoption priority will be given to people with a training plan for me.

If you don’t mind putting your house is kind of calm and you are really patient with a boy who hasn’t learned to do people that well yet, I think we should meet!
