Hi! My name is Caddie. My foster mom named me this because I remind her of a golf caddy… always following her around, wanting to play or snuggle! I’m a beautiful, sweet, smart, loving two-year -old chocolate lab. I’m told I have gorgeous eyes that will melt your heart in an instant, and that my tail wags so hard my whole body wiggles. I have a LOT of energy, so I would do best in an active home with a decent sized yard to run around in. I do great with other dogs…any future furry siblings should know that I like to play all. the. time!  I mostly ignore the kitty that lives in my home; I tried to play with her a couple of times, but she made that funny hissing noise, and I decided to go play with someone who wasn’t so cranky.  It would be a good idea to invest in some heavy-duty chew toys, because I am quite the chewer! I am learning how to walk on a leash, although I could definitely use some more practice. I know how to sit, come, and am working on stay. I will go in my crate without complaining, although a treat sure helps me get in there a bit faster. I am smart and want to please you, so while I have some learning to do as far as manners go, I’ll work hard and learn quickly!
