Okay, future family, I know you’re out there!
We haven’t met yet but we are going to love each other so so much! I just know you’re worth the wait.
I’ve been at Rescue Rovers for a WHOLE YEAR! In fact, my foster-versary is in just a couple of days.
It’s been a productive year, though. My foster mom is a trainer and she’s taught me a bunch of good stuff so that I will be ready for my forever family. I’m potty trained and crate trained and I have nice manners.
The most important thing she’s taught me is that I can be nice to other doggies. When I first came to her I wanted to eat all the other pups I looked at. Some people said I wasn’t adoptable. But my foster mom is a sucker for a hard case, and she wouldn’t give up on me.
Now I can be around other dogs and relax. I still need the right environment to live with another dog, but my foster mom says she will help my people to make sure we are a successful family. She’s willing to train (and board!) me for free for life. Now tell me, how lovable must I be for her to want to do that!?
Last thing – my most favorite thing in the whole wide world is to cuddle with my people. So only people that like to snuggle with a 60 pound lap dog for me!
