Hello there, I'm Mangrove! I'm a 6 1/2 year old mild-mannered lab mix boy. I'm completely house trained, and get along well with dogs and cats. I weigh approximately 45 pounds.
I know basic commands, although my absolute favorite word is "walk". :) It will be important for me to have a forever home that asks me to go on walks regularly. I can be a bit nervous when getting to know new people, and I build trust much faster on our walks together. But don't fret, I'm quite the gentleman on a leash! I also recently discovered the joy of hiking and water—splashing around is just the best on these hot days. Because of my nervousness, if I'm in a home with children around they need to be respectful of giving me space. I've done great meeting kids 8+ in my foster home.
