Two little lovebirds sitting in a tree….K.I.S.S.I.N.G!  These bonded lovebugs are Nacho and Minky.  Nacho is a male 2yo Chihuahua and Minky is a female 3yo Chihuahua/Pekignese mix.  Their love story began with a rough start.  You see, they had a family once that wasn’t the best situation for them as someone there was very mean.  Their little hearts were broken.  Eventually this family found themselves without a home to live in so Rescue Rovers stepped up and took them far away from all of that.  Since coming to their foster home, they have learned what LOVE is and guess what – they love LOVE!  They have learned that all people (especially men) are not bad.  They have learned that big hands are for loving, tender strokes on their soft fur and that a loud voice might not be because someone is mad at them.  Nacho and Minky are both very well behaved pups.  They are fully housetrained, do well in a crate (although are so well behaved there is no need to crate them).  They both love to go for walks and are great on a leash.  They love to go for rides in the car and will sit patiently in the seat until you reach your destination.  Both are great with other dogs of all sizes and would do best with dog-savvy kids.  Cats are more of a curiosity and they like to bark at them.  In their past, they were fed mostly table scraps and people food so they are little finicky but are slowly learning to eat what dogs are supposed to eat.  If you are willing to be patient and gentle with these two lovebugs, they will show you a lifetime love and joy.  These two so deserve their special “furry-tail ending”.  If you would like to help write the next chapter of their love story, please apply now at  www.rescuerovers.org .
