Hello there, I’m Zaxby, and I want to be your best buddy!
I’m a 9-year-old Shepherd mix and a gentle companion searching for a forever home where I can share all my love.
Weighing in at 65 pounds, I’m just the right size to fit into your life and your heart. Even though I'm a shepherd mix, my coat is short and my shedding is not too bad!
I might be 9-years-old, but you'd never know it to look at me! I am healthy and have medium energy and I enjoy playing in the backyard, or with other dogs.
Walking is one of my favorite activities, and I’m really good at it too—I walk nicely on a leash and enjoy exploring the sights and smells around us. I would be a great hiking companion, or would love to join you on your evening strolls!
I am crate trained and sleep soundly through the night in my crate.
I get along wonderfully with people and other dogs. Whether we’re playing in the yard, cuddling up for some quiet time, or meeting new friends on our walks, I’m always happy and gentle. Although I’m a bit older, my heart is filled with youthful joy when I’m out and about or receiving loving attention.
