I’m a young, handsome male Schnauzer mix. Rumor has it, I’m mixed with Corgi, but someone will have to run DNA on me to confirm that. am not quite a year old yet and full of puppy play. My foster dog sister LOVES me, and wants to doggy marry me, but I am more than she can handle on a full-time basis. Although I’m small, weighing in at about 15 lbs, I am super strong, and could easily over power Little Humans. Even though I am at first weary of The Littles, I do love them, and want to lick and kiss them, but I’m a jumper, and have a tendency to come at them with an open mouth. I’ll need a human who will consistently work on my jumping up and giving open mouth kisses without permission. My foster mom is working on my leash training every day and I would probably do best in a home as a single dog, or another active dog who would be happy to play all day with me. Although I have previously been to doggy daycare, I prefer to play with the small sized dogs and seem agitated and growl at large dogs, although this may only be because I haven’t had enough prior exposure to large dogs. I would also prefer a home with older children or adults that will firmly suppress my alpha inclinations. I am housebroken and crate trained, and have been very well behaved in my foster home. I am an active breed, and would do best with daily exercise, room to run since I love “fetch”, and I really really really want to graduate from puppy school because I know I would be really successful with consistency and a firm master to lead me into doggy adulthood. I’m a great couch snuggler, once I’ve depleted all of my super-canine energy powers, and I will lay right between your legs while you scratch my velvet soft ears. I sleep great in an open-wire crate, but would also welcome a human to snuggle me in bed. My foster mom loves me so much, she is tempted to keep me – so send your apps in ASAP before she changes her mind and you never get to know how awesome I would be in your family. My adoption fee is only $200 and you get a $50 rebate in exchange for my puppy school certificate. What a barkgain (not a typo)!
