Hello, I am Ivory Lace.  I am 12-year-old, 8 lb. spayed female, Senior Chihuahua mix.

 

I am a happy-go-lucky girl. Naps and puttering around the garden are my hobbies. I like to take my time to enjoy the finer things in life, such as a warm bed on a sunny day and car rides with my human.

 

I get along great with my dog siblings, they are small like me. I have never met a cat. I am sweet and give a tail wag to new humans I meet. I have not met any kids, but due to my small size and my age, I will be best placed in a home with older kids or no kids and a place with calm energy.

 

I do well on a leash, I stay active by sniffing flowers and grass on my daily block walk with my siblings. I will bark to let you know if I need to go outside or if I need your attention for some snacks. Sometimes I must tell my foster mom to hurry up with my breakfast bowl. We senior girls like our schedule!

 

I will go in my kennel and sleep in the kennel at night after a brief protest. I most prefer to be the constant companion to my human, and I am looking for my forever home where my humans are with me during the day.  A human with a mellow pace of life will be my match.
